Corporate Friends
Many types of businesses have assisted the Friends in a variety of beneficial activities in the past. Local and regional businesses generously donate to our fundraising events and have donated products and services for the course and for specific events and projects.
Foundations
The Friends have received numerous grants from foundations since 2004, and we continue to apply for project-specific funding to continue our veteran's golf programs.
The Friends organization has developed a strong board of directors with a competent and passionate staff in place that provides the necessary administrative support for all our fundraising activities. We have a strategic plan describing where our organization is today and where we will be in the coming years.
We have diversified our funding sources by combining a variety of methods to comprise our fundraising portfolio. Our staff, our board, and our volunteers all know that a donation can be the beginning of a long relationship with the donor. |
